Since 2003, we have been on a path of growth and transformation, supporting individuals, families, and companies in their legal, tax, and administrative challenges.

2003

Arlina Espaillat Matos founded EMC, combining academic excellence and strategic vision. That same year, EMC was selected as the official supplier of the Boston Red Sox, beginning a 25-year relationship with Major League Baseball, and created the MLB Administrative Division to provide specialized fiscal and labor support.

2006

EMC is a pioneer in the Health Registry for domestic and imported food and beverages, a service that continues to set us apart locally and internationally.

2013

Arlina completed her Master's Degree in Real Estate and Registry Law (UNIBE), consolidating her practice in inheritance, demarcation, and property transactions. That same year, Carmen Luisa Martínez Coss joined as a strategic partner. With more than 15 years of experience, Carmen Luisa brought academic vision and specialized litigation skills, strengthening EMC's profile.
